Usui (碓氷郡 Usui-gun) was a district located in Gunma, Japan.
As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 16,556 and a density of 94.58 persons per km². The total area was 175.05 km².
The district dissolved on March 18, 2006, when the town of Matsuida merged with the old city of An'naka to create the new city of An'naka.
